The women's volleyball club Turan, representing our country in the Champions League, has entered the final stage of preparations for the new season.

According to Offsideplus.az, the team, which has strengthened its squad with local and foreign players during the summer break, has held training camps in Italy, Greece, and Istanbul under the guidance of head coach Ziya Rajabov, organising several friendly matches.

Currently continuing their training process in Baku at the Training and Education Centre in Zagulba, the team's main focus has been on physical, tactical, and psychological factors. Head coach Ziya Rajabov and player Nilufer Agazade have highly praised the progress of the training camp.

It is worth noting that Turan will play its first match in the Champions League against Croatia's Mladost-Zagreb on October 20 at the Tovuz Olympic Sports Complex.
