The 10th anniversary of the 'More than Medals' project was marked by an international training camp held in Azerbaijan.

According to Offsideplus.az, the event took place from August 3 to 8, featuring nearly 100 young wrestlers and representatives from 20 countries.

Organised jointly by the International Olympic Committee, United World Wrestling, and the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, the camp was held at the National Gymnastics Arena and the AGF training base. The programme included an anti-doping seminar by AMADA on clean sport principles, beach wrestling training sessions, a tour of Baku, and various social activities.

The main aim of the project is to support the sporting skills of young wrestlers while also fostering their social development and strengthening intercultural friendship and mutual understanding.
