The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has imposed new fines on clubs in the Misli Premier League following its latest meeting.
As reported by Offsideplus.az, Neftchi has received the largest penalty. The Baku club was fined 15,000 manats due to their fans displaying an offensive banner during the recent match against Turan Tovuz. Additionally, because the club’s supporters collectively voiced insulting expressions toward the referees—an incident that has now occurred for the fifth time this season - Neftchi was hit with an additional 8,000 manat fine, bringing their total penalty to 23,000 manats.
Disciplinary violations were also recorded in other matches during the round:
Imishli: The club was fined 700 manats because five of their players received yellow cards during their match against Shamakhi.
Kapaz: The Ganja-based club will also have to pay a 700 manat fine, as four of their players were cautioned with yellow cards during their game against "Zira."
