According to Offsideplus.az, the head coach of the "horses" addressed the media at a pre-match press conference:

"We are heading out for an important away match. We will be playing against a good team, familiar to Azerbaijan and our fans. We are preparing for the game as we wanted. The opponent has also prepared, having postponed their league matches."

- On whether Sepha will play as a central forward:

"There will be some changes. He is one of the options. We haven't made a final decision yet."

- Is there anything concerning about "Dinamo" for Qurban Qurbanov?

"What has worried me has been ourselves. There were concerns after the last match. I told the coaches that playing 120 minutes is too soon for any newly formed team. I have enjoyed playing against such opponents. I used to support Dinamo as a child. This team is well-known, which adds to the intrigue."

"It is normal not to be in optimal form at this time. If Yankovic has played 120 minutes, it means he is getting into shape. But we are looking for options."

- Regarding Koxalski's performance in the last match:

"We should not create conditions for criticism. We think about this. Even when we lose, they applaud us and are satisfied. I don't know if there is anything serious to be criticised. They are already looking at the result, not the game (smiles). This is normal."
